Education Brand Development and Marketing
The mission of Young Women’s Preparatory Network (YWPN) is to support single-gender, college preparatory, public education in Texas and beyond, giving young women the academic and leadership skills to achieve success in college and in life. The schools are located in 11 cities throughout Texas.
Dickie+Associates was tasked with the development of a new brand and vision messaging that better represented the newly-organized non profit’s goals, and increased name recognition and awareness. Our work led to stronger partnerships with the member schools, providing consistent messaging, marketing strategy and support materials.
In preparation for new leadership, vision goals, growth and name change, Dickie+Associates was commissioned to develop the brand strategy and and strategic messaging for Young Women’s Preparatory Network, orchestrate the introduction of the non profit to the education community and plan the annual leadership retreat and fundraising marketing.
We developed a new brand identity and vision messaging that better supported the nonprofit’s goals. Our team developed a new website, providing a portal for teachers, students, supporters and the community. A comprehensive annual report, sharing the message and success stories of the schools, was developed which strengthened stakeholder and donor relationships. Events and activities of the member schools was supported with social media content.
Our efforts led to increased name and brand recognition, new and strengthened donor and partner alliances and grant opportunities and improved communications with the member schools. Over $42 million was awarded in student scholarships.
