Light and Commuter Rail Public Awareness and Marketing Campaign
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is a transit agency serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex of Texas. It operates buses, light rail, commuter rail and high-occupancy vehicle lanes in Dallas and twelve of its suburbs.
The public awareness and education campaign for the launch of Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s Light and Commuter rail was developed to promote the rail stations’ benefits and targeted the surrounding communities. The messaging and visuals communications focused on convenience, ease, safety and community partnership.
Dickie+Associates collaborated with the DART marketing team to provide strategic planning that built public awareness of the launch of the Light and Commuter rail. The team developed key messages and materials to support the campaign through various mediums, partnered with civic organizations to maximize outreach efforts and create coop advertising opportunities, and organized community meetings, fairs and other events to educate and build awareness.
Dickie+Associates also worked with the CEO and CFO to produce the agency’s Annual Reports.
